J'ai été très bien écouté par leur service technique, qui m'a expliqué la chose :
"(...) For your latest incident on 4616/91BFN1T01-1, as it was manufactured pre our 2nd statement, its not as robust as any films from of our current production. (For eg, post the 2 statements, we have increased lacquer levels on wrappers, reduced ink levels, give longer drying to wrappers, as well as more QC checks and a slight improvement to film coating to make films more robust to external triggers).
So hopefully the above can be of some help to reassure you with our films. The spot/mottle issue isn't product or batch specific. When films leave our site - we're never seeing spots/mottle. The issue is virtually always triggered by external factors. But we certainly had acknowledged we needed to make films more robust and improve how the wrappers are made - so they don't trigger any reactions."
